Processing of personal data
I consent to the processing of my personal data to the extent and for the purpose specified in the consent. The personal data will be processed for the duration of the same business object of the controller. I can withdraw my consent at any time. Personal data may be transferred to selected third parties specified in the consent.
The company [PROMET PREFIX a.s.], ID No. [64086909], with its registered office at [28. října 3138/41, 702 00 Ostrava], Zip Code [702 00], incorporated on September 28, 1995, in Section C, File No. 13601, maintained by the Regional Court in Ostrava (hereinafter referred to as the "Controller"), processes the following personal data in accordance with relevant legal regulations (if provided via the contact form):
- First and last name
- E-mail address
- Phone number
- CV (Resume) file
- Your message
The personal data mentioned above are processed for the purpose of conducting recruitment processes for positions within our company and maintaining a candidate database. Providing your personal data is a necessary requirement for the recruitment process; without it, your application cannot be evaluated.
GENERAL PROVISIONS
This data will be processed for the duration of the Controller's business operations of the same nature. The processing of personal data is carried out by the Controller; however, personal data may also be processed for the Controller by other providers of processing software, services, and applications.
The Controller currently uses the following processors:
- BlueGhost.cz, s.r.o., ID No. 289 01 061, with its registered office at Praha 6 – Bubeneč, Českomalínská 516/27, Zip Code 160 00, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, File No. 152013 (hereinafter referred to as "BlueGhost").
- VSHosting s.r.o., with its registered office at Sodomkova 1579/5, Hostivař, 102 00 Praha 10, ID No. 615 05 455, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, File No. 29746 (hereinafter referred to as "VSHosting").
Other recipients of personal data may include external consultants and other persons involved in the recruitment process. The Controller does not intend to transfer personal data to a third country (outside the EU) or to an international organization.
YOUR RIGHTS
You have the right to:
- Request information from the Controller regarding which of your personal data is being processed.
- Request an explanation from the Controller regarding the processing of personal data.
- Request access to this data and have it updated or corrected.
- Request the erasure of such personal data, provided that the law allows it.
- In case of doubt regarding compliance with obligations related to the processing of personal data, contact the Controller or the Office for Personal Data Protection.
